Arkansas Blue Star ~ Amsonia hubrichtii 19CM

Sky blue flower clusters in late spring atop very fine, feathery, medium green leaves. Leaves turn bright yellow in fall. Good in masses and in naturalizing. 2011 Perennial Plant of the Year
